EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITIES
RIM Equipment • One lance piston dispenser with 30 lb./minute throughput coupled to three mold carriers. Platen sizes from 30" x 30" up to 40" x 40" • One lance piston dispenser with 200 lb./minute throughput coupled to three mold carriers. Platen sizes from 30" x 30" up to 48" x 48" • One open pour RIM dispenser with boom mounted mixhead and 40 lb. /minute throughput
Fabricating Component Molding (Milfoam) operates a state-of-the-art fabrication process, utilizing 3D SolidWorks® modeling and Mastercam® software with CNC milling and routing. Our skilled technicians produce the precise components that complete complex assemblies to specification.
Finishing Component Molding (Milfoam) is fully equipped for environmentally friendly parts preparation utilizing parts washers and sandblasting equipment. Our paint facility can handle parts up to nine feet in length.
Moldmaking We build 80% of our molds on site utilizing MasterCam software. Our tool room is equipped with CNC's with capacity up to 30" x 80" as well as conventional milling and lathe equipment.
Other Vacuum forming equipment with capacity range from 24" x 36" x 12" draw, up to 40" x 60" x 24" draw.
Fabrication equipment for secondary operations including bandsaws, routers, shapers and sanders.
