For nearly forty years Component Molding (Milfoam) has been a premier supplier of unique insulation components which require both excellent thermal properties and a durable cosmetic skin.

A typical part consists of a vacuum formed
part into which a low density foam is molded. Secondary operations are usually done with our C.N.C. routers, inserts and hardware can either be molded in place or bonded in afterward.  Assemblies of Foam Molded-Vacuum Formed Shells may contain more than two dozen individual components and many fabrication, C.N.C. machining, and bonding operations.  Talk with us about your most demanding design challenges.
